Accucast links to existing in-house databases to build targeted distribution lists and create trackable, customized e-mail marketing campaigns, the company said.

The Web-based Accucast product enables marketers to build and manage e-mail distributions from their desktop. With a point-and-click, users can query in-house JDBC-compliant databases, build targeted distribution lists, personalize the e-mail subject line and body text with information from the database, insert trackable URLs in the e-mail message and monitor the send status of an e-mail campaign.
Written in Java, Accucast's open architecture enables companies to leverage their existing IT investment and provides for unlimited scalability, the company said. Pricing data was not disclosed.
