New York City-based CondeNet expanded its free personal health service PHYS to include coverage of pregnancy and said the new section will be backed by a $3 million to $4 million ad campaign including print, online, radio and television.
Pregnancy@Phys is devoted to the day-by-day issues of being pregnant. Handling the campaign is Robaire and Hogshead of Venice, CA, which will also handle the launch of a new CondeNet travel site launching in August with an ad budget of $4.5 million.
CondeNet is an affiliate of Advance Internet Inc, which itself is a subsidiary of newspaper publisher Advance Publications.
Advertisers participating in the launch include four Procter and Gamble brands: Cover Girl, Always, Tide and Bounty; Mother Nature Vitamins; Chevy Blazer, Johnson & Johnson's yourbaby.com and Bantam Books.
