WindowsMedia.com Banner Scores Best CTR

For the second week in a row, the most clicked-upon banner was WindowsMedia.com's ad, which had a 13.5 percent CTR, according to Web measurement firm Nielsen//NetRatings.

Also for the second straight week, Uproar, an online game show network, claimed two spots, including No. 1, on the Top Ad Banners list. Uproar ranked 39th in the Top Advertisers list for the week ending Aug. 22, falling seven spots
