iVillage Signs $22.5 Million Deal With

Women's network iVillage Inc. signed a $22.5 million sponsorship and content deal with healthcare destination site

Terms of the deal include a three-year sponsorship agreement and a two-and-a-half year content license agreement in which will pay to be the exclusive online retailer for for prescriptions, over-the-counter medications and vitamins, as well as to have access to selected information and tools.

In addition, iVillage has made a $7.5 million equity investment in members will be introduced to through the network in the areas of health, diet, fitness and beauty and parenting.
