Balet & Albert has been awarded the advertising account for fashionmall.com Inc., a vertical portal devoted to shopping and fashion.
Billings are expected to be $8 million a year.
The agency said it plans a complete branding and image campaign, encompassing corporate identification, sales support materials, print, television, Internet and outdoor advertising.
fashionmall.com is a 5-year-old, publicly traded company. It selected Balet & Albert as its first-ever advertising agency.
"They have created a very thought provoking campaign for fashionmall.com, and one which will force the consumer to take notice of our brand. The campaign clearly says: fashionmall.com equals fashion."
Fashionmall.com is the first client in the agency's recently launched interactive division. B & A also has clients that include C.A.R.T. (Championship Auto Racing Teams), Sebago, Food and Wines from France and Broadway City.
