BroadVision allows businesses to tailor Internet, intranet and extranet site content to the needs and interests of individual users by personalizing each interaction on a real-time basis.
CGN will be responsible for developing and launching a brand awareness campaign beginning this fall including corporate positioning, print, collateral and online media.

CGN, with projected 1999 capitalized billings of $50 million, was acquired in March by Epsilon Data Management of Burlington, MA and runs as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
