The company's product offerings consist of promotions outsourcing, a targeted e-mail and lead generation service, and Webstakes.com -- the company's advertising-supported consumer Web site. Its clients include Autobytel.com (ABTL), Compaq Computer Corp. (CPQ), NBC, Road Runner, The Sharper Image and Walt Disney's GO.com.
The new corporate identity will be launched with a multi-million dollar marketing campaign that will highlight the success of the online promotions space.
The company is also changing its stock symbol from IWIN to PRMO.
