Online marketing analytics player Coremetrics has launched an e-mail marketing support program targeting the vendors of e-mail products.
Called LIVEmail, the program has four initial participants: @Once, CheetahMail, Digital Impact, and Responsys. Partners will integrate Coremetrics' LIVE (Lifetime Individual Visitor Experience) profiles into their Web-based interfaces to increase the targeting capabilities of their campaigns.
According to Coremetrics, marketers using LIVEmail can target product abandoners, high service-level customers, accessory upsell candidates, application non-completers, high value customers and inactive visitors with specific messages and offers to yield higher profits and increased customer lifetime value.
"We are excited to welcome these four companies to our LIVEmail Partner Program," said Scott Kauffman, chairman of Coremetrics.
Cohen has worked at BBDO in New York, DMB&B and TWBA Chiat/Day in Los Angeles. She will be responsible for planning and buying for the agency's clients, including IndyMac Bank, Crystal Cruises, Tahiti Tourisme, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Roland and Panasonic.
Manhattan-based agency Squeaky Wheel Media has launched a site for The Blue Buffalo Company, a new pet food company.
The new Web destination, the company's first, promotes Blue Buffalo's recipe of all-natural ingredients and provides additional animal health information.
"Squeaky has the ability to get that well-branded message to consumers through their great understanding of the Internet as a communication medium," said Bill Bishop, Blue Buffalo's CEO.
In her expanded role, Gaswirth will directly oversee the firm's public relations, creative design and marketing operations. She joined Shelton in 1997. Olivier succeeds Gaswirth as VP of public relations and is responsible for managing the department's strategy, daily activity and client service. She joined the company in 1999 as an account executive.
