Digital Impact Signs 10 New Marketing Clients

Targeted e-mail marketing firm Digital Impact Inc. said it has signed 10 new clients, including eToys and Peet's Coffee + Tea.
The company said it has managed and delivered more than 3,900 e-mail marketing campaigns since the launch of its Merchant Mail service in March 1998. Other recent clients include Delias.com, Elemental Software and Garden.com.
"Because our clients consistently experience triple-digit ROI on their e-mail marketing campaigns, we are seeing an incredible amount of organic growth as marketers shift their attention and budget to e-mail," said William Park, chairman and president of Digital Impact.
Privately held and based in San Mateo, CA, Digital Impact tailors e-mail content and format based on each customer's preferences and profiles. The company says it delivers more than 17 million e-mail messages a month on behalf of Internet marketers such as The Gap, The Sharper Image, Tower Records, Hewlett-Packard, Macys, Preview Travel and auction house ONSALE.
