Atomz, a San Francisco-based ASP, today announced that collaboration software provider Groove Networks Inc. has selected Atomz Search for its corporate Web site and DevZone, an online resource for developers.
Atomz Search is a Web-native site search engine designed to deliver fast, reliable and relevant search results.
"The [Atomz Search] interface is easy to implement and customize, so our small design team can monitor and modify the search function as necessary without bothering the IT organization," said Kieran Chapman, senior designer at Beverly, Mass.-based Groove Networks.
A relevancy interface ensures that site visitors see the results that the company wants them to see, according to Atomz. Reporting capabilities rank and graph search terms so that companies can determine what visitors are searching for and devise ways to improve the user experience.
Groove Networks reports that the deployment team was able to create an Atomz Search template, test it and get the search engine up and running within a day.
"As a Web-native application, their [Groove Networks] Web design team can rest assured that we will continue to add new features, test them and seamlessly roll them out to our users on an ongoing basis. Best of all, to take advantage of the latest innovations customers never have to worry about installing software, backwards compatibility or paying additional fees for upgrades," said Steve Kusmer, CEO of Atomz.
Atomz is listed by ASPnews as a Top 20 Service Provider.
