Coradiant Adds Three Execs

Coradiant, a Boston managed service provider that raised $20 million last fall, has added three executives.

Nicholas F. Kourtis was named vice president and general counsel; David Coughlan was named vice president of business alliances; and Craig Brenner was named general manager for the Boston region.

Kourtis was general counsel and executive office for CO Space Inc. of Burlington, Mass., which in 12 months went from conception to $244 million acquisition, last May, by InterNAP Network Services. Earlier, he spent 11 years as a corporate attorney at the Boston law firms of Goulston & Storrs and Rich, May, Bilodeau, and Flaherty.

Coughlan also worked at CO Space, as vice president of business development responsible for partnerships and alliances. Earlier he was vice president of acquisitions at Frontier Group.

Brenner previously was director of channels for New Horizons Software Inc., where he created its national channel distribution platform for online skills testing. Earlier he was national director of channels and OEM for Verio Inc.

Coradiant, formerly a networking consultancy called Networkshop, moved its headquarters to Boston from Montreal in November.
