Intranets.com, a Boston provider of internal corporate communications platforms, has promoted Rick Faulk to CEO and Tim Peacock to president and COO.
Faulk and Peacock were vice president of marketing and vice president of development, respectively. They replace Steve Crummey, who left to lead e-StudioLive, a Chelmsford, Mass., maker of Webcasting systems.
Crummey will continue to serve as chairman of the Intranets.com board.
The change comes two months after the Intranets.com changed from a free to paid Application Service Provider model.
Faulk is a founding member of the management team at Intranets.com, dating back to the company's beginning as IntraNetics, a packaged software provider. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing initiatives at technology companies.
Peacock has been vice president of development for four years. He led the team that built the company's technology base and product line. He has over 18 years of software industry experience, including directing spreadsheet development at Lotus.
