Everett to Lead USi's Regional Ops

Application-service provider (ASP) USinternetworking Inc. said it has named Brad Everett as senior vice president of regional operations. Everett will manage all of USi's regional operations, including client implementation practice management.

"This role was created in an ongoing effort to further refine USi's superior quality of customer service by empowering our regional client-facing teams and moving implementation assets closer to the client location," said Andrew Stern, chief executive officer (CEO) of Annapolis, Md.-based USi. "The company is thrilled to have attracted a systems integration industry expert of Brad's caliber and experience to lead regional operations as a member of USi's executive team."

In this role, Brad will direct USi's regional Client Services teams, responsible for maintaining quality of service across its global, enterprise client base. Based in USi's Milpitas, Calif. office, Everett will also lead USi's client implementation practice management efforts, responsible for improving the quality, efficiency and consistency of client implementations.

Everett was most recently co-president of Groundswell, an enterprise portal-consulting firm, and previously was president and chief operating officer (COO) of the Hunter Group, a $150 million PeopleSoft integrator. Everett also spent seven years as vice president of professional-services firm Walker Interactive Systems.
