HKT Rated Region's Top Frame Relay Service Provider

Hongkong Telecom (HKT) has been rated the top performer in frame relay service in the latest survey published by Data Communications, a US-based industry magazine.

Rating was based on three criteria, namely price, backbone network and service level agreements.

Eleven major frame relay operators were asked to respond to a request for proposal (RFP) for a typical corporate network connecting 13 cities in Asia-Pacific, with additional links to the U.K. and the U.S.

Other participants of the survey include , Global One, Infonet Services, MCI Worldcom Asia Pacific, Singapore Telecom and Telemedia International.
