After three years heading Strategic Solutions Group, Inc.'s (OTC Bulletin Board: SSGI) multimedia division, Ernie Wagner is moving up to be president and chief operating officer of the Annapolis, Md.-based firm.

Wagner, a veteran of applied mechanical engineering with a focus on technology solutions for the automotive industry, joined SSGI, a services provider of technology-based training and just-in-time information applications for the manufacturing market in 1994, and took over as head of the company's multimedia division in 1997.

According to John Cadigan, SSGI chairman and chief executive officer, Wagner's experience and background in the industrial sector has been instrumental in the company's recent moves to establish an online university for manufacturers.

The twelve year old company, located at http://www.groupsolutions.com on the Web, develops and markets training and instruction modules for Internet-based education used by manufacturing companies.
