B2Emarkets, Inc., a provider of end-to-end, Web-enabled strategic eSourcing solutions, is bringing in a new chief financial officer and a new vice president of engineering.

Ronald E. Holtz, formerly vice president and chief financial officer of RWD Technologies Inc. in Columbia, Md., will take over the CFO slot for the Rockville, Md.-based firm, while Andrew McCasker, formerly vice president, distributed products at Landmark Systems, will be the vice president, engineering.

While at RWD Technologies, Holtz led the company's successful initial public offering and was responsible for acquisitions, business management, and analyst/investor relations. He also served as a member of RWD's board of directors. Previously, Holtz was a manager in Ernst & Young LLP's Financial Advisory Services Group.

McCasker will lead the development of B2E's Strategic eSourcing Management (SeSM) solution. While at Landmark Systems, McCasker was responsible for product development, quality assurance, and customer service for the company's integrated suite of performance management products. He also served in strategic and technology planning roles for both Landmark Systems and Legent Corp., and previously managed product development at Systems Center, Inc.

The privately held B2Emarkets, located at http://www.b2emarkets.com, attracted $13.5 million in their first round of venture capital.
