TD Waterhouse Relaunches WebBroker for Canadian Customers

TD Waterhouse Investor Services this week added to TD Waterhouse's upgraded online brokerage, WebBroker, to its roster of services.

It offers clients information to help them better track and understand market developments, identify opportunities and make investment decisions, according to John See, vice chair, TD Waterhouse Group, Inc.

WebBroker 2.5 features software changes and optimized graphics to deliver faster loading times and more reliable online access. It has been designed as a convenient way to buy and sell equities, options and mutual funds; obtain real-time quotes and get up-to-date account information.

David Sypher, vice president, Direct Channels at TD Waterhouse, said that WebBroker 2.5 will offer clients access to research from 13 separate publishers, such as Standard & Poors, Zacks, BellCharts and TD Securities.

Research includes market commentaries, consensus earnings estimates and analyst recommendations covering U.S. and Canadian companies, stock reports, mutual fund reports and profile information. Equipped with e-commerce capabilities, WebBroker 2.5 allows clients to purchase research quickly and conveniently over the Internet.
