Adrenaline Expands Client Base

Firm signs contracts with Butterfly.net, Discovery Communications to provide technology advisory services.

The Adrenaline Group is expanding its reach, signing contracts with the likes of Discovery Communications, mPortal and Butterfly.net.

Adrenaline will provide technology advisory services to Discovery.com, part of Discovery Communications, Inc.'s media and entertainment company. DCI has grown from its core property, the Discovery Channel, first launched in the United States in 1985, to current global operations in 152 countries with over 500 million total subscribers. DCI's 33 networks of programming represent 14 entertainment brands including TLC, Animal Planet, Travel Channel, Discovery Health Channel, Discovery Kids, and a family of digital channels.

Adrenaline also will augment the software development effort for the Butterfly.net platform, which connects mobile devices, PC and consoles in massively-multiplayer, persistent and pervasive games.

And for mPortal, Adrenaline will provided a usability analysis and enhancements to mPortal's mobile development environment (MDE), a visual, drag-and-drop, GUI interface for rapidly mobilizing backend applications and content. mPortal makes the MDE available to partners and clients without charge.

mPortal's Enterprise Everywhere, the company's mobile application platform, enables partners, clients, and customers to take corporate data from any source and deliver it to any PDA, Internet-enabled phone, two-way pager, or interactive TV.
