Adobe Opens Nine Online Stores in Europe

Publishing software developer Adobe Systems announced Monday the launch of nine e-commerce sites for the European audience.
The new stores, headquartered online at eurostore.adobe.com, will cater to markets in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Adobe said it also planned to expand by setting up an online store in Japan in the near future.
Adobe's European stores, will offer the customer a choice of English, French, German, and Swedish languages. The company's flagship products -- including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat -- will be available for online orders.
"Adobe is committed to providing value and servicing its customers worldwide with convenient access to products and services, unparalleled content and attractive pricing in local currencies," said Darling.
The fourth largest vendor of personal computer software in the United States, Adobe Systems has organized its online presence into four divisions: Web, Print, Motion and ePaper.
