World Chambers Network Introduces E-Club to Boost E-Commerce

The World Chambers Network (WCN) introduced e-Club, a marketing service developed by IBM Global Services that will enable WCN members to take advantage of highly targeted business opportunities.
Subscribing members can use e-Club to send e-mail to potential customers who have expressed interest in selected business categories.
WCN is an Internet service run by a consortium consisting of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Trade Information Network of the UN/G77 Conference of Chambers of Commerce, the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the International Business Network for World Commerce and Industry Ltd. (IBNET).
"E-Club provides what advertisers have dreamed for years--the ability to shut out the people who are not interested in their message and concentrate on those who are," said Myrna Z. Weis, CEO of IBNET, WCN's managing partner.
