Through this new business relationship, Innovatia's Interactive Knowledge division will migrate Nortel Networks' existing training and documentation services for the DMS portfolio to Web-based, interactive applications for Nortel Networks' customers and its employees.
Innovatia created its Interactive Knowledge division to provide online knowledge services for service providers and enterprises across North America.
This division provides an integrated means of turning traditional learning processes into Web-based learning and performance support. Innovatia draws on Aliant's telecommunications, e-services, information technology and knowledge management experiences.
In a recent white paper, Thomas Weisel Partners predicted that by 2003 the corporate e-learning market will grow to US $11.4 billion, representing a five-year compound annual growth rate of 83 percent.
