Norigen Communications Acquires Liberty Technology Services

The acquisition brings new capabilities to Norigen that complement the company's One source communications services to include e-business information management tools and implementation services.
Norigen's One source telecommunications services product includes a full array of communications services including high speed Internet, enterprise, and mobile as well as local and toll services using a simplified, one bill, one point-of-contact solution.

According to International Data Corp., e-consulting will be one of the hottest segments of IT over the next several years, with spending in the sector expanding in excess of 50 percent a year over the next four years.
