Royal Bank Selects Cyberplex for Site

[Toronto, CANADA] - Royal Bank of Canada has chosen Cyberplex Inc., a North American Internet professional services company as vendor-of-choice, to enhance the customer experience on the Royal Bank site.

Royal Bank has engaged Cyberplex's Business Architecture Division to begin phase one of a multi-tiered development strategy with anticipated Web development to begin this fall.

"Our objective is to re-organize the existing Royal Bank site to provide products, services and information, based on their relevance to our customer's life events. More and more clients are using the Internet and we want to be able to make the customer experience as easy and friendly as possible," said Chris Anderson, vice-president of customer communications, Royal Bank.
