Tribal Voice and Namezero.com, which provides free domain names and e-mail are creating a domain-name based version of Tribal Voice's PowWow IM service.

The service will allow Namezero members to form lists that notify them when their friends are online, send text and voice instant messages, play multi-user games and participate in full duplex voice chats.

Additionally, users will be able to browse the Web together, viewing the same Web pages that are tracked during the course of an online messaging session.
