Sony on Monday unveiled two video camcorders that use wireless technology to enable friends and family to see what you are doing on your vacation -- live.

Reuters reported Monday that the company introduced its forthcoming DCR-PC120 and the DCR-IP7 in Japan. The devices which use wireless short-range Bluetooth technology to stream video to connect to wireless Net devices. From there, the video can be transmitted over the Internet, according to Reuters.

The DCR-IP7 handycam, which the company dubbed the "Network Handycam IP," converts a video-audio stream to MPEG-2 format that can be streamed via the Internet.

The company said the DCR-IP7 will be available in October in Japan for the equivalent of $US1577, Reuters reported. The DCR-PC120 will be available in September.
