Allure Forms allows organizations to instantly capture information from their Web sites and link it directly to back-end databases -- extending the functionality of traditional customer relationship management and other database applications.
The product is designed to intuitively link an organization's online forms with its internal business processes, enabling users to automatically capture and share important customer information across the organization.
A suite of forms serve a variety of applications, including sales orders, customer surveys and event registration. The online forms use ODBC and OLE-DB interfaces to automatically integrate information with an organization's database or other legacy systems.
"To stay competitive, companies must Web-enable their back-end systems to offer dynamic, top-quality customer support," said Larry Caretsky, president of Commence Corp.
"Our product enables organizations to seamlessly link their CRM, accounting, list server and other database systems with their existing Web sites, making it easy to interact with their customers online, for less than the cost of a postage stamp or a phone call."
The product includes a set of pre-built forms that can be customized with specific company information such as logos, and immediately posted to the Web for use. A wizard supports the creation of additional forms.
Using Microsoft Word or any standard HTML editore, any type of interactive form can be created and immediately placed on a Web site. No additional programming or training is necessary.
