O'Reilly to Host Java Enterprise Computing Conference

O'Reilly and Associates this week announced a new technical conference for enterprise-class developers of Java-based applications.

O'Reilly's four-day conference will take place at the Westin Hotel in Santa Clara, California, from March 27-30, 2000. The proceedings include two days of tutorial programs along with a two-day, multi-tracked conference.

The Java Conference will focus on the key technologies that are used for developing large-scale Java applications, including:

  • Enterprise Java Beans
  • Servlets and Java Server Pages
  • Java and XML
  • Security in Java applications
  • Client-side user interfaces
