Web Compiler Packages Site As Single File

Oakley Data Services Monday unveiled WebCompiler, a program that packages a Web site to a single executable program that can be easily distributed.

WebCompiler runs on 32-bit Windows systems with Internet Explorer 4 or above installed.

According to Oakley, it supports such features as dynamic HTML, animations, video, JavaScript and embedded fonts and adds facilities such as conditional access by passwords, access restriction to specific machines and form processing.

Evaluation versions of WebCompiler, samples and contact and purchase details are available here.
