To celebrate the launch, CDuctive.com said it will offer free licensed tracks in MP3 format from Eminem, Sleater-Kinney and Aril Brikha. Genres at the store include dance/electronic, indie rock and hip-hop.

CDuctive.com said it licenses all its music from the respective copyright holders and provides only legitimate digital audio content.

"CDuctive.com has always been known for offering the finest, most progressive music on the Web. Nothing could reinforce that image further than our initial digital download offering," said CDuctive.com CEO Thomas Ryan.

CDuctive.com's flagship site allows customers to browse its catalog, listen to streaming audio and then create and purchase custom CD compilations. Online partners include CDnow, Rolling Stone, Tunes, Raveworld.net, Pseudo Network, CMJ and Sonicnet.
