New B-to-B Hotel Supply Site Planned

Leisureplanet Holdings Ltd. and Leisureplanet, an Internet travel services provider that is 81 percent-owned by Leisureplanet Holdings, signed a joint venture agreement with Intercommerce Trading LLC of New York, to create, an online B-to-B hotel supply company.

The joint venture has entered into a three-year agreement with Leisureplanet for access to its online hotel database and will pay Leisureplanet an annual licensing fee of $1 million. will initially offer a range of goods and services to the more than 17,000 contracted hotels in the Leisureplanet database. The new company said its goal is to become a major international business-to-business e-commerce supplier to the hotel and catering industry.
