PrintOnTheNet.com to Merge with PrintAmerica

Online printing company PrintOnTheNet.com said it intends to merge with Miami-based PrintAmerica, one of the largest quick printers in Florida.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The plan calls for PrintAmerica to become a wholly owned subsidiary of PrintOnTheNet.com and be renamed PrintAmerica Interactive.

"We feel this merger brings the best of two worlds together," said Ben Rogatinsky, chairman and CEO of PrintOnTheNet.com.

"Combining PrintOnTheNet.com's revolutionary ordering process and competitive pricing with PrintAmerica's large sales staff and experienced production personnel enables us to control the business flow more efficiently and cost-effectively, and offer our customers true one-stop shopping."

Rogatinsky said the merger will bring an additional $2.5 million in annual revenues to PrintOnTheNet.com and over 1,000 registered customers to the company's existing client base, including Alamo, Radisson, Sunglass Hut, and Wackenhut.

PrintOnTheNet.com offers design templates and typefaces as well as a set of editing tools to help create and order business cards, letterheads, envelopes, business forms, announcements, invitations and other printed materials.
