RealTime IT News to Merge with PrintAmerica

Online printing company said it intends to merge with Miami-based PrintAmerica, one of the largest quick printers in Florida.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The plan calls for PrintAmerica to become a wholly owned subsidiary of and be renamed PrintAmerica Interactive.
