Brodia to Integrate Frictionless Commerce's Comparison Shopping

The two companies said they will work together to provide consumers with increased value when shopping online. Brodia will integrate the Frictionless Value-Comparison Engine into the next version of its online shopping service.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed.
Brodia offers an online shopping service that enables consumers to automatically complete merchant order forms across the Web; capture and organize merchant mail and order records; access direct links to merchant customer service; set product preferences in dozens of categories; and invite special offers based on those preferences.
"We selected Frictionless Commerce as a partner because we firmly believe that consumers buy products for uniquely personal reasons -- price being only one -- and we wanted to give them the best tool in the market to make intelligent buying decisions," said Ron Martinez, CEO of Brodia.
