E-Commerce Seminars Scheduled

The Center for Software Development and the Software Forum will present Electronic Commerce Day seminars on Wednesday, February 25, focused on teaching participants how to make money on the Web.

The event will be held at the Center for Software Development (CSD), 111 West St. John, San Jose, CA. Cost is $49 for CSD and Software Forum members and $99 for non-members.

The event is aimed at business decision-makers, information technology professionals, software developers and entrepreneurs who are charged with developing electronic commerce strategy and solutions. Featured will be panel discussions of professionals in the electronic commerce industry. Presentations, demos and company displays will explore strategy, financing, technology and implementation.

Speakers include Tom Gonzales, founder of CommerceOne, and CEOs and senior executives from companies such as Computer Literacy Books, Greet Street, eBay and Reel.com. Venture Capitalists from Crosspoint, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Internet Capital Group, Benchmark Capital, Advanced Technology Ventures will participate in a panel focused on funding E-Commerce deals.
