NETdelivery Names New President

Boulder, CO-based NETdelivery Corp., a developer of Electronic Delivery Management (EDM) technology, said that Richard W. Stranger has joined the company as president.

Stranger, who will also serve as a member of the company's board of directors, joins NETdelivery as it embarks on an expansion program into the accelerating electronic billing market.

Stranger brings more than 25 years of business operations experience to NETdelivery, including stints in corporate finance, strategic planning, administration, accounting, personnel, acquisitions, and systems and management information.

He most recently served as chief financial officer for Denver-based Eaton Metal Products Co. He previously held senior management positions with First Chicago, Banker's Trust, and the Deerpath Group.

Founded in 1995, privately held NETdelivery has developed and patented Electronic Delivery Management technology, a system that enables the automatic delivery of personalized electronic information directly to a customer's desktop via the Internet for billing purposes.
