Netscape, FORTUNE Group Sign Content Pact

America Online subsidiary Netscape Communications signed with The FORTUNE Group to provide users of the Netscape Netcenter service direct access to a selection of FORTUNE's business news, columns and features.
FORTUNE Group, publisher of business magazines FORTUNE, FSB: FORTUNE Small Business and eCompany Now, is a subsidiary of Time-Warner, which is being acquired by AOL.
FORTUNE will provide Netcenter users with access to FORTUNE's top business news headlines and online features and it will be prominently featured on the Netcenter home page and on various Netcenter channels, including Business, Personal Finance, Career Center and Research & Learn.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed.
This announcement builds on a series of agreements made since the Jan. 10
announcement of the merger agreement between America Online
and Time Warner
