eSupportNow Integrates Acuity WebCenter Enterprise

Austin, TX-based Acuity Corp., a provider of Web-based customer interaction software, said that eSupportNow has licensed Acuity WebCenter Enterprise to provide sales, support and customer service programs to e-commerce companies.

eSupportNow is a member of The Cross Country Group, a provider of private label customer service programs in North America. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

As a key component of the relationship, eSupportNow has become an Acuity Founding Partner. eSupportNow will establish a Northeastern Acuity product demo center and will work with Acuity on joint marketing and product development programs.

eSupportNow will use WebCenter Enterprise to offer customizable, Internet- based customer interaction capabilities including e-mail response management and live NetRep services. WebCenter will enable eSupportNow clients to send automatic verification and/or intelligent responses to their customers' e- mails, based on key words and business rules. NetReps will also be able to engage in online real-time text conferences, or talk live via an IP telephony interface.
