The Investor Education Center will provide information, interactive financial planning tools, and tutorials. The site will also include question-and-answer sessions, advice columns, 401(k) investment information and an investment section for women.
Conducent Technologies brings the interactive tools to the site, which investors can use to analyze mortgages and loans and calculate net investment profits.
Users will also have access to Quote.com tools and services, such as Live!Charts and QCharts 2 for portfolio management, IPO Edge, My.Quote.com, news and research.
Quote.com plans to add distance learning classes, investment clubs, and other features to the Web site in the next few months.
The new site follows the October 1998 launch of the Investors' On-Ramp, which educates users on how to invest online.
