A report today would appear to end speculation as to whether Apple CEO was really spotted back at work at the company headquarters.
"Steve is back at work," an Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) spokesman told Reuters. "He's currently at Apple a few days a week, and working from home the remaining days. We are very glad to have him back."
Apple could not be reached for comment by press time.
Jobs, 54, has been on a self-imposed six-month medical leave scheduled to end this month.
Jobs, a survivor of a rare form of pancreatic cancer he was treated for in 2004, had previously cited a "hormonal imbalance" for his medical problems at the time.
But it was revealed earlier this month that he had a successful liver transplant in Tennessee during his time off. Apple's chief operating office, Tim Cook, was in charge during Jobs' absence.
