Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) has filed its complaint in federal court in San Francisco. The company said it was filing to suit to seek relief from "antitrust and other harms arising from billions of dollars of purchases at artificially inflated prices, over several years." The company has not made a specific dollar request for damages.
Dell is accusing LG Display, Sharp, AU Optronics, Chunghwa Picture Tubes, HannStar Display, and Samsung of price fixing.
