Seattle Lab's Introduces Millennium Office

Seattle Lab's President L.A. Herberlein this week introduced their Millennium Office Web-based groupware program at ISPCON Spring 99 in Baltimore.

Millennium Office is a scalable Windows NT application that provides web-based access to email, address books, calendars, fax services, chat and office forms through a web browser. ISPs can offer web-fronted virtual office services to local users and businesses.

Herberlein said, "ISPs are looking for a value added service that will make them stand apart from the crowd. For a while, free email services helped ISPs bring repeat customers back to their web sites. Now, it's time for the next level of service."

"With Millennium Office, data is secure because your information resides on the server, not on the remote computer you are working on. Millennium Office presents information on demand as a web document," Herberlein explained.

In a related announcement Seattle Lab introduced a new channel partner program. Partners will now have access to new program components and services through a secure page on the companies web site.

Dana Melick, director of business and development for Seattle Lab said, "this gives our partners a way, not only to increase product sales, but also to greatly expand their core business."

The new In Partnership program will provide members with reduced pricing structures, marketing plans and downloadable trials of Seattle Labs products.
