Under the terms of the agreement INTERSHOP will offer NetCall's products and services to programmers, integrators and Web designers who develop electronic commerce solutions based on INTERSHOP's e-commerce platform.
NetCall provides a communications network that integrates the public telephone system with Internet applications, making it easy for online shoppers to connect to customer representatives while they are logged on.
