Novell Inks Cloud Computing Deal With Amazon

Best known as an ecommerce provider of all manner of consumer goods and its Kindle eBook reader, Amazon is also making quite a name for itself as a provider of public cloud services. Server Watch reports on Novell's move to bring its SUSE Linux Enterprise to Amazon's cloud where it will be available on a pay-per-use basis.

The Amazon EC2 SLES service is part of Novell's Cloud Program to help enable cloud providers to deliver Novell's Linux.
