MP3.com Inc. Friday teamed with Livemusicchannel.com to create a co-branded Web site offering streaming footage of recorded live concerts.

The partnership will provide MP3.com users with access to a featured "video of the month" from Live Music Channel through the co-branded Web page located at here.

In addition to being able to select the video, currently footage of Jimi Hendrix's electrifying Woodstock performance of "The Star-Spangled Banner," users of the co-branded Web page can link to Live Music Channel. LMC provides up-to-date tour schedules, a variety of continuously streamed concert videos, and will soon enable users to purchase concert tickets and merchandise.

"Exposing live music performances to our users demonstrates one more way we are improving the Internet experience," said Michael Robertson, chairman and chief executive officer of MP3.com. "We continue to partner with great content companies like Live Music Channel to further our MSP initiative."
