Seattle-based Qpass and Redwood City, California-based SkyGo today announced plans to provide a complete wireless solution to promote goods, guide consumers to relevant product offerings, drive action, and facilitate transaction and payment.
"Targeted, compelling and convenient wireless marketing drives m-commerce. By partnering with Qpass, a leading commerce services and eWallet provider, SkyGo will be equipped to handle the entire lifecycle of an m-commerce purchase - from offer creation, targeting and distribution through to effortless 'one-click' action," says Daren Tsui, co-founder and CEO of SkyGo.
Qpass will provide customers, via its Digital Commerce Service, the ability to buy from participating SkyGo merchants without the need to enter personal or credit card information for each transaction.
Seattle.internet.com has learned that SkyGo is currently in the final stages of an extensive Wireless Marketing Study it is conducting in Boulder, Colorado.

More than 50 national and local brands and agencies have joined the study. Participating companies include: Procter & Gamble, Digital Impact, Kinkos, HP Online, eCoupons, CompUSA, KFC, bolt.com, ESPN.com, Subway, Catalina Marketing and hollywood.com.
