SiteROCK, which specializes in remote performance monitoring and management services, says it has named Tim Bacci as its new CEO.

Bacci succeeds Charles Ketteman who is expected to remain on as a strategic advisor to SiteROCK’s board of directors.

Prior to SiteROCK, Bacci co-founded Triptych CD and Vicinity, where he served as V.P. of finance and operations and V.P. of business development.

“SiteROCK is transforming the remote management services market by listening to clients’ needs and working to provide services that improve IT operations and bolster corporate strategies,” said Bacci. “Chuck Ketteman has provided the vision and leadership to position siteROCK as the provider of cost-effective, high quality, customer-focused solutions. My commitment as CEO is to fine-tune operations at siteROCK to maintain and propel that vision for a new generation of customers.”

The Emeryville, Calif.-based company is best known for providing ISO 9001 and ITIL-certified services for performance monitoring and management of complex information technology (IT) environments.
