Agiliti Inc. announced Wednesday that it has added QuickArrow‘s Professional Service Automation (PSA) software to its portfolio of rentable, web-based applications.

Through Agiliti’s ASP aggregator model, customers can access multiple applications through a single sign-on, pay through a single monthly invoice, and get support through a single point of contact. In addition to the standard business services other aggregators offer, Agiliti also offers E-Commerce and IT services, Feisal Mosleh, Agiliti VP of Marketing & Product Management, told ASP News.

“The real value of the ASP model comes when customers can get not just QuickArrow, but also all of their other IT needs through a single point of contact. That’s what Agiliti offers today,” Mosleh said.

QuickArrow’s software is designed to help professional services organizations streamline business operations and better manage service delivery, Mosleh said. QuickArrow’s Enterprise Consulting Suite (ECS) is a 100-percent Web-native PSA and Management solution which tracks and schedules skilled workers, automates time and expense reporting, manages documents and approvals, and automates accounting and billing.

“It helps them select the right person for the right project at the right time — It enables them to use their resources more productively,” Mosleh said.

The QuickArrow application could save technical consulting companies 1 to 3 percent of their costs each month, which for some firms could mean a monthly savings of $300 per user, Mosleh said. “The payback is very quick,” he said.

Two companies, Atlanta-based Highland Software and Minneapolis-based Javelin Solutions, have already signed up with Agiliti for QuickArrow’s ECS. In addition, Javelin has also signed up for Agiliti’s Great Plains accounting package, which integrates seamlessly with QuickArrow’s ECS.

Agiliti sells its wares mainly through existing channel models — the VARs that have traditionally been left behind in today’s ASP market, Mosleh said. “We enable VARs to become successful and rise up on the back of the ASP industry,” he said.

There are currently about 30 partners included in Agiliti’s eServices suite. Customers can sign up for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) from Siebel Systems, DSL from New Edge Networks or Rhythms or eCommerce tools from CyberSource, InterShop, Roving Software or Works.com. Financial tools are available from Great Plains and BizTone, while HR resources are offered by PowerPay.com. Customers can also choose Information Services by InfoSpace, productivity tools by eAlity, PSA by QuickArrow, Sales Force Automation (SFA) from Salesforce.com, and messaging services from Microsoft.

Agiliti has grown from 2 or 3 people in early 1999 to about 170 employees now, and expects to top 200 by year’s end, Mosleh said. He sees continued growth as more companies realize the benefit of using Agiliti’s services instead of keeping all IT functions in-house, he said.

“We want to save them money, save them heartache,” Mosleh said. “We don’t want to replace their IT organizations, we want to help our customers get the most out of them as they can.”
