As a way to reach more enterprise customers, Atomz, a Web-based ASP that specializes in content management services, today announced the Atomz Partner Program, which is aimed at Web design firms and interactive service agencies.
The San Francisco-based company reports the program will target best of breed firms as potential resellers. In exchange, partners will receiver sales and marketing assistance, training, customer service, technical support and product development collaboration.
“By aligning our efforts with partners we know and trust, we’re able to reach customers in new markets and new geographies without sacrificing our standards for high quality products, service and support,” Jeff Goodman, Atomz’s director of worldwide sales, said. Another benefit of the program, Goodman said, is that partners can provide feedback to Atomz about new features and enhancements.
To participate in the program, Atomz said, partners must have experience working with Fortune 500 companies and managing large enterprise Web sites. As the reseller of a subscription-based service, partners must also understand the importance of customer retention, according to Atomz.
In return, Atomz said it will offer partners co-marketing programs. Customer service and technical support is tailor to help ensure the success of each project, Atomz said.
The Atomz Partner Program currently consists of nine creative firms, according the company: 415 Inc., Fluid, Liquid Agency, Quinn Interactive, QuinStreet, SBI & Company, Sky Dog Technologies, Strategic Domain and VickeryHill.
Atomz’s suite of hosted Web site management software includes the following:
- Atomz Publish, a Web content management system
- Atomz Search, a site search engine
- Atomz Promote, a service designed that enables keyword promotions in site search results
- Atomz Alert, a content notification product
