“Infinium Advantage eResources was live here at Skanska in less than 60 days,” said Gene Dixon-Anderson, Director of Application Integration for Skanska USA Building Inc., the second largest construction management firm in the United States. “eResources’ underlying architecture streamlined the integration process with our other solutions.”

Features of Infinium Advantage eResources’ allow managers and employees instant, secure access to their information from any location. Managers can expedite processes like hiring and employee management by initiating the tasks automatically through the solution.

Employees can initiate requests to change their benefits or take paid time-off and view their accrued vacation time, freeing an HR staff from time-consuming administrative tasks. By integrating with company benefit providers, eResources also enables employees to check on the status of salary savings programs and look up dependent information.

“Infinium Advantage eResources frees up our HR associates to focus on those issues that are most important,” said Jim Convy, Vice President and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Ontario Corporation, a privately held family of high-tech manufacturing and services firms.

eResources also tracks past, present and future information about a company’s workforce. Organizational charting and modeling functions create flowcharts to show an enterprise’s makeup, change and growth. Businesses can use functions like employee tracking, to monitor individual and management group activity for pinpointing both strength and problem areas, and skills tracking to help fill open positions and also assess ways to meet future skills requirements.
