Passkey.com, a Quincy, Mass., maker of hotel reservation software, has named Greg Pesik as president and
CEO.

Pesik was most recently a vice president at Manugistics, specializing in pricing and revenue management services. Passkey’s prior
CEO, Roger Paradis, becomes executive chairman of the board.

Previously Pesik played a key role at Talus Solutions, which was acquired by Manugistics late last year. He has also worked at Aeronomics, Andersen Consulting
and KPMG Peat Marwick.

“His business skills and international experience will be invaluable as we realize our ambition of widening the scope of Passkey’s very powerful reservations
management tools for group events,” Paradis said.

Passkey provides Web-based applications for convention and visitors bureaus, global distribution systems (GDS), hotels, travel agencies, associations, corporations
and registration vendors. The company is privately held.
