Softricity, a Boston startup developing a system to help businesses manage
delivery of online software applications, has named Delbert W. Yocam to its board of directors.

Yokam formerly served as chairman and CEO of Borland International, president and chief operating officer of Tektronix and
president of Apple Pacific and chief operating officer of Apple Computer.

Yocam returned Borland to profitability in the late 1990s and is widely credited with the company’s turnaround. He led
Tekronix to eight consecutive quarters of improved operating income and growth in new product revenues. At Apple he was
responsible for operations as the company grew from $1.9 billion to $4 billion in under three years.

Yocam has also held senior management positions with Fairchild Camera and Instrument, Computer Automation Inc.,
Control Data Corp. and the Ford Motor Company.

He holds a master’s in business administration from California State University at Long Beach and a bachelor’s degree from
California State University at Fullerton. He also serves on several boards, including Adobe Systems.

Softrictiy CEO Harry Ruda said, “As the driving force behind several of the most successful companies in our industry, Del’s
insight will help enable us to achieve and sustain market leadership.”
